Referees revealed for final goup stage matches

UEFA has revealed which Match Officials are taking charge of the final round of group stage matches of the UEFA Euro 2012. 

The match officials for the first four games - Group A and B - have been announced, with Group C and D announced a day later: In group A, on Saturday, co-hosts Poland take on Czech Republic, knowing a win will get them into the Quarter-Finals Wroclaw, and the referee is Craig Thomson (Scotland). The match will KO of at 7:45pm and is live on BBC1/HD1. Alongside that, Greece must beat leaders Russia in Warsaw to stand any chance to reaching the last 8, which be overseen by Jonas Eriksson (Sweden).

On Sunday,group B comes to a conclusion with Germany - who only need a point to qualify - face Denmark, who beat them in the 1992 final, and the referee is Carlos Velasco Carballo (Spain) and the match is live on ITV4/HD4 at 7:45pm. In the final group game Portugal face 2010 World Cup runners-up Netherlands in Kharkiv, and the referee is Nicola Rizzoli (Italy) and that is the same KO time, and is live on ITV1/HD1.

Monday sees the decider for group C as Spain face Croatia and Italy - who have to win to stand any chance of qualifying - take on Republic of Ireland, who are already out. Croatia vs Italy will be refereed by Wolfgang Stark (Germany) with Cuneyt Cakir from Turkey overseeing Italy and Ireland. Both matches kick off at 7:45pm and are live across the BBC, with Italy - Republic of Ireland taking centre stage on BBC1/HD1. 

England's final group D match on Tuesday - against co-hosts Ukraine - will be officiated by Victor Kassai (Hungary) and France's match against Sweden will be refereed by Portuguese referee Pedro Proenca. England's match is on ITV1/HD1 with the other one shown live on ITV4/HD4 and will kick off at 7:45pm.
